HAMPTONVILLE — Stolen weapons and medicines have been among the many gadgets confiscated from a number of suspects on Oct. 21 after Yadkin County Sheriff’s deputies made a site visitors cease on Swan Creek Rd. Two of the occupants of the automobile had excellent warrants for arrest, in keeping with a press launch from the Sheriff’s Workplace.

Two North Wilkesboro residents and one suspect from Millers Creek have been arrested.
Matthew Allen Wilson, age 27 of North Wilkesboro, was charged with two counts of felony trafficking schedule II managed substance, methamphetamine; two counts of felony conspiracy to site visitors a schedule II managed substance, methamphetamine; felony possession with intent to fabricate, promote/ship schedule II, methamphetamine; two counts of felony possession of a stolen firearm; two counts of felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Wilson is being held within the Wilkes County Detention Middle on a $615,002 secured bond. Wilson’s subsequent courtroom date is Nov. 16.
Additionally of North Wilkesboro, Mersadeys Justyce Lyvers, age 18, faces the identical costs as Wilson in addition to the extra cost of Felony Possession of a Schedule I managed substance, Heroin.
Lyvers is being held within the Yadkin County Detention Middle on a $115,000 secured bond. Lyvers’ subsequent courtroom date is Nov. 16.
Jason Scott Eller, age 45 of Millers Creek, was charged with two counts of felony conspiracy to site visitors a schedule II managed substance, methamphetamine; felony possession of a schedule II managed substance, methamphetamine; felony sustaining a automobile for managed substance; and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Eller is being held within the Yadkin County Detention Middle on a $75,000 secured bond. Eller’s subsequent courtroom date can also be Nov. 16.
Wilson, Lyvers, and Eller have been all on supervised probation. Wilson and Lyvers have been each served with further excellent warrants from Wilkes County and Probation. Further costs are pending following evaluation of different suspected managed substances by the NC State Crime Lab.
